Automated capture would mean running a background service against Facebook, which we deliberately do not do. To keep an organised library, save reels as you find them and sort the files into dated folders yourself.

The honest limits are these: only content you are allowed to view can be saved, the maximum quality is whatever merged file Facebook publishes (usually 720p HD rather than true 1080p or 4K), and deleted, region-blocked or restricted reels simply cannot be fetched at all.
