FB DownS ("we", "us", "the service") is a free web tool that helps users save public content from third-party platforms. Access is provided on an as-available basis and features may change or be removed at any time without notice.

You agree to use FB DownS only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Download or redistribute content you do not own or have permission to use.
- Use the service to access private, restricted or protected content.
- Automate, scrape or overload the service in a way that harms availability.
- Reverse engineer, sub-license or resell the service without written permission.
3. Intellectual property
Downloaded files remain the intellectual property of their original creators. FB DownS does not claim any rights to third-party content processed through the service. The FB DownS name, wordmark and website design remain our property.
4. Third-party platforms
We are not affiliated with Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc. or any other third-party platform. Your use of downloaded content is also subject to the terms of the platform it originated from.
5. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce a specific result.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for a free service, is zero).
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
